In this licensed costume, you won't have to ask who watches the Watchmen because all eyes will be on you! The costume includes a green, polyester jacket that has an attached belt (to tie the jacket closed). It is accented with a white mask that covers the face and Velcros in the back for closure. It has Rorschach's signature ink spots and has slits for easy seeing and breathing. The mask is topped with a brown hat with a brown ribbon and bow attached around the crown.
