The miniature dress is made of 100% polyester and has Dorothy’s signature baby blue and white checkered skirt with the white satin undershirt. The dress stays on your pet with an adjustable Velcro strap that attaches in the back. Plush arms are joined to the outfit and a small fabric basket is sewn to one of the hands. Completing the costume is a brown braided headpiece with royal blue satin bows. You can dress as Toto when your dog dresses as Dorothy!
