The bloomers have elastic sewn into the cuffs and waistband for a secure and comfortable fit. Both the bloomers and dress are made from polyester and the dress Velcros in the back for closure. It is decorated with blue, green and yellow polka dots with red ruffles lining the sleeves, collar, pockets and bottom. The pockets are made from foam and sewn on to the dress at the hip.
