The jacket has a breast pocket with a fake 100 dollar bill sewn into it and two pocket flaps at the waist level. It does not button and instead sits open. A black 100% polyester sleeveless shirt is included to wear under the open jacket. The shirt closes down the front with velcro. The collar of the shirt flares out so you look extra fly.
