The long sleeve shirt is made of 100% polyester and features a dark green fabric with screenprinted graphics that include shirt details such as pockets, as well as gory details like exposed ribs and muscle, and other bloody elements. The collar has two ties for securing the shirt around the back of the neck. The pants are also made of polyester and match the forest green color of the shirt. The pants have an elastic waist for comfort and fit, and also feature tattered leg bottoms for more detail. The included half mask is made of vinyl and showcases Jason's classic hockey mask as well as bloated, bloody skin around the mask. The mask has eye holes, with one being mesh netting to look vacant, as well as holes for breathing over the mouth. The mask secures to the head with elastic bands.
