Belt out the Star Spangled Banner this 4th of July in this Lady Liberty Statue costume! The patriotic costume includes a light blue dress and a light green headpiece (please note the colors vary slightly from the picture). The headpiece is secured in place with a black elastic strap that goes under the chin. It is made from durable foam and features black accents.
