Return to Oz this Halloween in our Plus Size Dorothy costume. The one piece plus size outfit has a white blouse with fitted sleeves and elastic waist. A checkered blue and white print apron is attached to the blouse and features two front buttons and a tulle underslip trimmed with lace.
