The licensed costume includes a foam eye mask that is red to identify with Raphael's signature look and ties into place. The poly-foam turtle shell ties around the waist with brown straps and velcros on to the green jumpsuit. The jumpsuit is made from 100% polyester and velcros in the back for closure. It has padding in the upper arms as well as a yellow, foam torso for muscular definition. The jumpsuit has red ties, brown accents and brown elbow pads (please note the elbow pads are brown and not red as pictured). The elbow pads are filled with foam and velcro into place.
