This women's plus size Elvira costume is a sexy and classic choice for Halloween! It includes a black, foam belt that ties around the waist and accents the black dress. The dress is made from a spandex and nylon blend and zips in the back for closure. It has a plunging neckline with a foam collar and shredded bell sleeves and bottom.
