This sexy steam dream costume will take you to an alternate science fiction world where steam power rules. The women's costume consists of a black dress that zips up the back. The center of the bodice is grey and black striped with detailed silver buttons running down the middle. Matching striped fabric trims the sleeves along with a flare of silver fabric. The skirt is black in front with silver trim and has three black and silver striped ruffles on each hip. The back of the skirt has three layers of black ruffles. A black netting petticoat is attached under the skirt for added volume. Also included is a black polyfoam top hat.
