The top hemline and off-the-shoulder sleeves are lined with elastic for a comfortable fit. The top is also accented with white mesh that has green edging and ribbon. A green ribbon bow is attached in the middle of the chest as well as on each sleeves. A green sash is attached at the waist and ties in the back. The skirt has an elastic waist for a comfortable fit and two built-in hoops for extra volume. The skirt features three ruffled tiered layers made from white mesh and lined in green ribbon.
