The top cuff and collar of the top are edged with silver lightening bolt cut outs, which are sewn onto the chest of the shirt and thigh area on the pants. The collar of the shirt Velcros shut so its easy for your toddler to get in and out of the costume. The pants also have an elastic waistband for a comfortable fit. The silver arm circles are filled with foam padding and snap on and off the costume for easy cleaning. Also included are boot covers that look like the boots Spaceman wore but fit snugly over your child's shoes. They have black vinyl circles sewn around the edges and the cuff of the cover also has foam in it to keep it rigid. Elastic on the bottom of the shoe tops keep them tucked under your toddlers shoes.
