Sher will add beauty to any flower in this toddler ladybug tutu costume! The top of the dress, as well as the polka dot panels that drape over the skirt have a soft, velvet texture. The center of the bodice and the polka dots are satin textured and the bodice has a criss-crossing black ribbon accent. There are two black ruffle shoulder straps on each side, one set is worn on the shoulders and the pair that is trimmed in black mesh is worn off the shoulders.
