This Tin Girl is ready to hit the yellow brick road this Halloween! The toddler costume includes an oil can headband with a red heart. Hearts are also featured on the silver skirt. Red also lines the sleeves and collar and a red bow is attached at the top. A printed heart clock is featured on the left side of the dress.
