His mouth never moved! This costume features a head and body form held secure with stabilizing tubes (some assembly required) and adjustable shoulder harnesses. The black cape measures about 50" long and has an attached shirt front and red bow tie. It is fastened with Velcro. The full ventriloquist mask is also held with Velcro. An opening in the shirt is for your face, which the puppet body can be secured to with ties around your neck. The half mask with movable jaw is also included. Both the hats have attached wigs for you and the ventriloquist. No one will be able to forget your ventriloquist and dummy costume!
