You don't have to be a child of the 60s to live like one! This women's flower power costume will take you back to a groovy time this Halloween! It consists of a polyester vest that features a colorful 60s print. It is lined with red fringe along the bottom and a black tube top is worn underneath. The tube top is made from a polyester and rubber blend and is lined with elastic for a secure fit. The matching pants also have an elastic waistband and red ankle cuffs that flare out. The costume is complete with the matching head sash which can be worn in the hair any way you like (please note the head sash is not pictured).
