Are you ready to party? You will be in this women's Mardi Gras costume! It consists of a pair of cuffs that are purple with black netting and gold trim as well. They are secured in place with elastic and the matching neck piece ties in place. The cuffs and neck piece accent the purple dress made out of polyester.
