Become an undersea creature this Halloween in this funny adult turtle costume. The costume consists of a green headpiece and a turtle shell tunic. The green headpiece goes on first, fitting over the head with extra material that lays flat around the neck. The shell tunic goes over this. There are fuzzy green arms on either side of the tunic, and a shell pattern with a fuzzy green tail on the back. Slow and steady will win your race this Halloween!
