Batman Penguin Villain Costume

Get your army of penguins ready this Halloween to take on Batman when you wear this Penguin costume. This villainous costume includes a polyester black coat with white pinstripes. The sleeves of the coat have white cuffs sewn in and the back has long coattails. Also on the back of the coat at the neck line is a Hook and Loop fastener snap to let the wear slip on the costume easier. Attached at the neck is the vest which has ties at the bottom to be tied around the wearer's back. The vest as the shirt front sewn into it to give the appearance of a shirt and tie. The polyester pants are black with white pinstripes and have an elastic band at the top to allow the wearer to slip them on easily. There is a black foam top hand along with a plastic face mask. The face mask covers the top half of the wearer's face and has a monocle attached over the right eye. The mask is worn with an elastic strap around the back to keep it on the wearers face.
