Product Description
Get an authentic, 1920's look with this Charleston black flapper costume dress. This classy, knee-length dress is made of black polyester and features eight rows of fringe. The straps are covered in black sequins and a zipper runs along the left side of the gown for easy wear and removal. In addition, a corresponding black sequin headband with a feather is included, establishing the perfect touch to an already great outfit.
