Welcome Dorothy and Toto to Munchkinland this Halloween in our Munchkin Mayor costume! It comprises pants, a long-tailed emerald jacket with an attached plaid shirt front, and a top hat. The dark green polyester poplin pants have an elastic waistband. The green poplin jacket has a wide stand-up foam collar. The shirt front is yellow and blue plaid twill, with functional buttons. The bright blue poplin bow tie is sewn to one side of the collar and fastens to the other side with a Hook and Loop fastener tab. The green poplin-covered foam top hat tops it off in style.
