Naughty Harlequin Clown Costume

She's smokin' hot and loves explosives! The three-piece costume includes the dress, a hat and ruffled collar. The bodice of the dress is designed to look like overalls and a peasant-style blouse. The blouse portion is red-and-white vertically striped poly interlock knit. There is a V-neckline that is edged with black ribbon and a double ruffle of white poly knit mesh. There are faux suspender straps from each shoulder to the top of the overall portion; each is anchored with a large white button. The short, puffy gathered sleeves have an elasticized ruffle at their bottom edges. The dress closes with a back zipper. The lower bodice is alternating vertical panels of black and red poly knit with a shiny finish. There are three white pompoms down the center front of the dress. Below the gathered waistline each panel continues in a downward-pointing triangle of the same fabric, over a gethered skirt of black and white diamond-print satin. A petticoat is recommended with this dress to give the skirt added fullness. The neck ruffle is white knit mesh edged with narrow black satin ribbon, sewn in zigzag fashion to a two-inch-wide elastic band that fastens in back with Hook and Loop fastener™. The cone-shaped hat is half red and half black with three white pompoms, sewn to a base of heavy black felt. It is attached to a plastic headband by two small elastic loops.
