Giggles the Clown Costume Plus

Practice your circus routine in this classic Giggles the Clown costume! It consists of a yellow dress that ties in the back for closure and has a hoop skirt. Blue, red, green and orange polka dots decorate the dress and pom poms line the middle. The short sleeves are also rainbow colored and the white collar has rainbow trim.
