Tween Miss Hatter Girls Costume

Try on the tween Miss Hatter girls costume for a wonderful Halloween! It's a colorful dress that comes with leggings, hat, gloves and shoe covers. The dress bodice is royal blue stretch velvet styled to look like a jacket. It's edged with lime green binding at the collar, front and waistline, and with pink lace at the neckline and cuffs of the three-quarter sleeves. There is a large bow of yellow interlock printed with teapots at the center of the neck, and a vertical row of yellow buttons down the center front. The bubble skirt is pink interlock with a shiny wet-look finish. The leggings and gloves are lime green with swirled stripes of blue and yellow; the leggings have an elastic waistband and the gloves have pink satin ribbon lacing. The polyfoam top hat is the same print as the leggings, with a band of the same print as the bow tie; a 10/31 price tag card is included, to stick into the band. The hat has wire in its top edge and in the brim to hold its shape. The shoe covers are blue stretch velvet, with yellow buttons and a green stripe.
